I'm a lifelong Gwinnett resident.  I went to Grayson Elementary School, South Gwinnett High School, Georgia State University, Woodrow Wilson Law School, Atlanta Law School, and Shorter University.  I have a Bachelor Of Arts degee, Juris Doctorate, and Masters of Business Administration.

I have been happily married for over 30 years with two children and four grandchildren.  I attend church and try to practice what I preach.  I like to read, play golf, build model railroads with my grandchildren, and watch college football.

We are in an adversarial, highly competitive business.  We talk straight and communicate with you directly.  We use computers and electronic communication to work efficiently and save you money.  We will meet with you as often as necessary to keep you up to date on your case.  We believe in a personal approach. 

Payments and Retainers

Most attorneys work by the hour, and we're no different. However, for some cases, such as uncontested divorce or simple wills, we can offer a flat rate that can save you hundreds of dollars. By efficiently handling these cases in volume we can reduce the manhours necessary to complete each case and save you money.

Keep in mind that for complicated legal cases, such as child custody or contested divorce, we must be assertive and aggressive. Therefore, for these complicated cases we must require a retainer in advance in order to work hard on this case. We can take Visa or MasterCard in these cases.

Sometimes, we can help you by taking the retainer in multiple payments.  Other times in very limited situations we can set you up on a payment plan after an initial retainer is paid.
